Acceptance & Inspection

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods promptly upon delivery and notify the Seller in writing or via phone call of any discrepancies, defects, or damage within 72 hours.

The said 72 hours will act as a testing period for all smart phones and laptops sold by Hamps. In such a case the buyer must deliver the product back to the seller.

The seller shall inspect the product, in a case of a factory defect or damage, the seller shall provide the buyer with a replacement or with a complete refund if the product is not available.

However, any factory defective product reported after the testing period will be handled under the one-year international warranty.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

In the event of a force majeure event, the delivery schedule shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the delay.

Additional Costs

The Buyer shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to delivery address changes, rerouting, or other circumstances caused by the Buyer's actions or omissions.
